Age group 10 selections will be selected to International Rapid Rating Chess Tournament at Nandyal
Total no of rounds will be decided at the players meeting
Any food items will not be provided by the organizer.
Default Time: Players must be at the boards within 15 minutes of the round start.
Rules: FIDE rules in force shall apply.
System of Play: The tournament will follow an six Rounds Swiss System.
Time Control: 20 minutes each plus a 5 second increment from move one.
Tie-break: Buchholz Cut 1, Buchholz, Sonneborn Berger, direct encounter, number of wins (including forfeits), and
number of wins with Black. Prizes will not be shared in case of a tie.
Chess Kit Players should bring their own chess kits.
Protest: Protests against the Chief Arbiter’s decisions must be submitted in writing with a fee of Rs. 500/- within 15
minutes of the incident. The protest fee is refundable if the protest is upheld.
Withdrawals: Players may withdraw from the tournament at any stage by informing the Chief Arbiter in writing.
Rights of Admission: ACA/ SPSR Nellore District Chess Association / Roi Chess Academy reserve the right of admission to
the venue.
Other Important Aspects: Until their entry is confirmed, players can edit and attach documents in the tournament form.
